Returns/Exchange

 

- Our Guarantee

We are happy to exchange or refund for any unsuitable item however we do insist that returns are carefully packed, in original packaging and condition, and returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns that do not conform to these conditions.

Personal Care products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Any item found to be faulty must be returned within 6 months of receipt.

Items that have been altered or mended cannot be considered for return.

Cotton Comfort cannot accept liability for failure to comply with specific care instructions shown in our catalogue.

You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse so please consider using the Recorded Delivery service or obtain a free proof of posting certificate.

For your protection we believe it is not secure to send your credit card details by post when ordering

You may -

• Send a cheque with your completed form - your order will be sent when    your cheque has cleared
• Order online via our secure website
